Stathakis is seeking a dependable janitor/custodian for a part-time, on-site position in Novi, MI. The role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and pays $16.00 an hour.

The Janitor/Custodian performs general cleaning to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe facility and supports daily appearance across common areas, restrooms, and floors. qualify: Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to perform physical duties; strong attention to detail and dependability;

Qualifications

• Janitorial or custodial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good time management and work habits.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, bending, and routine lifting.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building.
• Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific instructions.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.
