Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, WA license, ESA certification, and school-based experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Washington SLP license with ESA certification.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy per IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations to identify communication needs.
• Develop, implement, monitor individualized goals.
• Maintain service delivery documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and planning.
• Coordinate to ensure continuity during the leave replacement.
