  • Process and verify timecards and payroll information for biweekly payroll.
  • Act as primary contact for payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and inquiries.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves and timekeeping for policy compliance.
  • Advise management on policies, procedures and employment matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and training.

Job Role:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employment changes and termination. Maintainaccurateand confidential personnel and payroll records, support employee relations and workplace compliance, coordinatetimekeepingand payroll processes, andassistmanagement with staffing, performance, training, and employee development while promoting a safe, professional, and productive work environment.

Duties:

  • Maintainaccurateand confidential electronic and physical personnel records.

  • Process and verify employee timecards and payroll information foraccuratebiweekly payroll.

  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and employee-related inquiries.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records to ensure policy compliance.

  • Address and resolve employee relations concerns, workplace issues, and HR-related complaints.

  • Adviseemployees and management on company policies, procedures, and employment matters.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and workplace procedures.

  • Support employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective action processes.

  • Coordinate employee orientations, training, workplace safety, and compliance initiatives.

  • Assistwith incident reporting, investigations, and workplace safety documentation.

  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and employment documentation as needed.

  • Support staffing, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational needs.

  • Promote a safe, professional, and productive work environment whilemaintainingeffective communication between employees and management.

  • Plan and execute seasonal employee incentives.
