The Beach Waterpark in Texas seeks an HR operations lead to oversee day-to-day HR, managing recruitment, onboarding, changes and separations while ensuring confidential records and payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain confidential electronic and physical personnel records.
  • Process biweekly payroll and timecards; serve as payroll contact.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping for policy compliance.
  • Address employee relations concerns and HR complaints.
  • Advise management on policies and employment matters.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate orientations, training, and safety/compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with incident reporting and workplace safety documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, audits, and employment documentation.
  • Support staffing, recruiting, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a safe, professional, and productive work environment with clear communication between staff and management.
  • Plan and implement seasonal employee incentives.

  • Address and resolve employee relations concerns, workplace issues, and HR-related complaints.

  • Adviseemployees and management on company policies, procedures, and employment matters.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and workplace procedures.

  • Support employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and corrective action processes.

  • Coordinate employee orientations, training, workplace safety, and compliance initiatives.

  • Assistwith incident reporting, investigations, and workplace safety documentation.
