Key Responsibilities

• Assist the front desk in responding to guest requests, including delivering items, handling service needs, and providing general assistance.
• Serve as a visible, friendly presence throughout the property, offering courteous and professional guest interactions
• Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area
• Must have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on feet for extended periods of time
