Rookwood Properties is hiring for a Full-Time Housekeeper in Cincinnati, OH. You will clean common areas, perform turn cleans, and maintain apartment cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service in a high-rise setting.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a downtown environment. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly rate of $17–$19, with growth opportunities and company support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Ability to work in downtown Cincinnati location.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
