Job summary

Rookwood Properties in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper for downtown high-rise apartments. You will clean common areas, perform turnover cleans, maintain occupied units, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Salary/rate: $17-$19/hour
