Job summary

Rookwood Properties is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper at Edgar Apartments in downtown Cincinnati, OH. The role runs 32 hours weekly, Mon., Tue., Thurs., Fri., 7:30 am–4:30 pm, delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer service within a high-rise apartment building.

You will clean common areas, perform turn cleans, and support maintenance, while adhering to safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines; background checks will apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Downtown Cincinnati location.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Follow Fair Housing laws and policies.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building, apartments, or otherwise, to the direct supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with the cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
