Job summary

Rookwood Properties Incorporated is seeking a full-time Housekeeper for our downtown Cincinnati apartment building. The role focuses on delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer service in a high-rise setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, completing turnover cleans in vacant units, and maintaining stocked supplies. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, prior housekeeping experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required; multi-family preferred.
• Ability to work in downtown Cincinnati.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Follow Fair Housing laws and established policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all common areas, interior and exterior, to the standard of cleanliness.
• Perform turn cleans in unoccupied apartments.
• Maintain a modest schedule of cleaning services to occupied apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate any complaints or additional cleaning needs to the direct supervisor.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any damage to the building or apartments to the supervisor.
• Assist maintenance teams with cleanliness of trash rooms, as directed.
• Comply with all safety requirements and requests.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
