Rose Senior Living Clinton Township is seeking a hospitality-focused Cook for our Community Culinary Services team. This full-time role involves hands-on production cooking, maintaining high quality and cleanliness, and adhering to dietary requirements.

Required is a high school diploma with cooking experience; a culinary degree and sanitation certification are preferred. Flexible to cover mornings, afternoons, holidays, and weekends as needed to support residents' needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year restaurant or senior living cooking experience.
• Current sanitation certification/license per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation, and organizational standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycles meeting nutritional criteria.
• Assist with meal service and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and adjust as required.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner for residents and guests.
