Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Aide I (Housekeeping) for the Environmental Services Department. Hours are 11:00AM - 7:00PM, including every other weekend, with a starting rate of $18.50/hr.

The role involves cleaning nursing units, patient rooms, and designated areas, ensuring adherence to cleaning, disinfecting and deodorization protocols and promptly addressing spills and requests from the team.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required or will obtain within 1 year of employment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to bend/push/pull/lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Uses cleaning equipment to sanitize nursing units and patient rooms.
• Follows cleaning, disinfecting and deodorization procedures.
• Cleans up major spills and responds to pages promptly.
• Cleans and restocks housekeeping carts at shift end.
• Removes trash and linen from hospital.
• Notifies maintenance of repairs and keeps abreast of department changes.
