Job summary

Harmony Hospice is seeking a Home Health Aide in Rhode Island for a full-time role. You will deliver compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients under RN supervision, focusing on comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Rhode Island Home Health Aide license.
• Must meet state HHA training requirements (75 hours classroom and supervised practice).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Previous hospice, home health, or patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, mobility).
• Assist patients with positioning, transfers, ambulation, and comfort measures as directed by RN.
