Qualifications

• Homehealth/hospice experience preferred within last 12 months.
• Current state CNA certification required for the role.
• CPR certification is required and valid driving license.

Responsabilités

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Applies safety principles and body mechanics during care tasks.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and other environmental services as assigned.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
