Tennessee Quality Care in Martin, TN is seeking a Full-Time Home Health Scheduling Specialist to join our team and coordinate patient appointments while optimizing provider schedules in patients' homes.

The position requires a high school diploma; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Experience in a high-volume medical office and proficiency with MS Office are preferred, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume medical office environment preferred.
• Scheduling patients and patient testing preparation in a physician office is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar office suite.

Responsibilities

• Confirms patient appointments and makes reminder calls per guidelines.
• Manages patient and care provider schedules efficiently.
• Tracks and reports daily scheduling metrics to management.
• Answers incoming calls and provides exceptional customer service.
• Maintains patient records in billing/scheduling systems and hard copy when needed.
• Completes patient schedules, forms and correspondence; supports billing as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality due to access to sensitive information.
• Maintains regular, predictable attendance and flexibility as needed.
