ABL Health Care in Millbrae is seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Home Health role. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress while working with the clinical team both remotely and in the field.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice care.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice per individualized care plan in coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient condition, and report changes to physician or care managers.
