Job summary

Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Certified Home Health team. You will ensure safe, high-quality delivery of home health OT services under licensure requirements and supervise support staff as needed.

The role requires Florida licensure, a driver’s license with a clean record, and effective communication in English. Prior geriatric/home health experience is preferred, with a focus on patient-centered care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English is required.
• Florida licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Two years' experience in geriatric/home health preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
• Provide OT treatments including ROM, therapeutic activities, and ADL retraining.
• Supervise OT Assistants and Home Health Aides as outlined in the care plan.
• Complete OASIS assessments and coordination of home health services as needed.
