• Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in HCHB strongly desired.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and organize the provision of healthcare services to patients.
• Proactively collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve scheduling goals and support agency operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system.
• Manage administrative tasks including filing, answering phone calls, processing electronic transitions, and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and patients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
