Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support high school students for the 2026-2027 year. The contract is full-time (35 hours weekly), with an immediate start near Oxnard, California. The role focuses on assessments, IEP-directed services, and collaborative work with teachers and families.

Candidates must hold a Master’s in SLP, be licensed or eligible, and bring school-based experience. Benefits may include healthcare, housing, meals, and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
• Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with high school-aged students.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Deliver direct and indirect SLP services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and achievement.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of measurable student goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and modify as necessary to meet each student’s unique needs.
