Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in healthcare locations, report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with directions to maintain orderly environment.
• Complete incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
