Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time Retail Store Associate in Danvers, MA to deliver friendly, efficient service, operate cash register, stock shelves and support Pharmacy and other departments as needed.

This role offers 35 weekly hours, a pay range of $15.00–$22.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and follow company policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing information, and assist with inventory management as directed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and support CVS services.
• Open and close the store as needed and support other departments to stay fully stocked.
