Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties with accuracy following policies.
• Maintain the sales floor and update pricing as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and grow with opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
