Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver customer service, cashier duties, and support across departments. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist pharmacy staff, and participate in opening and closing store activities, contributing to a friendly shopping experience.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $15.00–$18.00 and benefits eligibility based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements described.
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and identifying/resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, and offer help as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and support inventory tasks.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities.
• Support other departments, including photo and beauty, and assist pharmacy when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
