Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a busy store. You will support multiple departments, manage stocking and pricing, and assist with pharmacy-related tasks as needed to grow within the role.

The position offers 20 hours per week with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and a benefits-eligible plan for part-time staff, including dental and vision.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and credit cards following policies.
• Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments including photo/beauty and ensure full stocking and operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
