Job summary

Residence Inn Concord in North Carolina is seeking full-time Housekeeping Attendants to maintain clean, well-presented guestrooms in line with brand standards. The role runs 8am–5pm with required weekend availability. Daily pay option is offered after each shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restocking amenities, handling linens, reporting maintenance needs, and keeping carts and supply areas organized for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be flexible in work hours to accommodate last minute changes in scheduling.
• Must be available to work weekend shifts.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, cleaning techniques and safe use of chemicals is essential.
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet brand and company inspection thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Removes soiled linens and replaces with clean linens as required.
• Removes trash and debris from rooms as required.
• Cleans bathroom area, dusts surfaces, replenishes amenities, vacuums floors.
• Reports unusual circumstances to Hotel Management and maintenance requests.
• Keeps supply cart neat, stocked, and orderly for efficiency.
• Monitors linen closet stock and notifies supervisor of shortages.
