Job summary

The Lakefront Anchorage Hotel, part of Millennium Hotels, is recruiting for a full-time Server to join our team. Located on Lake Spenard, we deliver memorable experiences for guests in a fast-paced dining room.

You will greet guests, take orders, input into POS, ensure room cleanliness, and promote specials. Prior hospitality experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain TIPS certification required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to read, write and speak English well.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred; TIPS certification is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into the POS system and relay to kitchen.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Explain specials and promotions to guests.
• Provide personalized service and work as a team member.
