SIXT Rent a Car at Indianapolis Airport is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for full-time employment. You will assist customers through the rental process, manage reservations, and educate guests on terms, features, and upgrades in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process.
• Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns.
• Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades.
• Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
