Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is hiring a Grill Cook in Te wk s bury, MA to prepare and serve breakfast and lunch items, and to assist the chef with daily tasks and catering orders. You will work at the grill, stock the station, and support other culinary stations as needed.

We value dependable candidates with 1–3 years in a similar role and previous customer service experience in food service. Excellent customer service and safe operation of equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years' experience in similar position.
• Previous customer service experience in food service.
• Dependable.

Responsibilities

• Cook (to order) breakfast and lunch items per customer request
• Prepare grill station according to company guidelines
• Stock grill station with all items necessary for service
• Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner
• Assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers
• Operate and sanitize all Customer Service equipment in a safe and proper manner
• The Grill Cook works with and takes direction from the Chef Manager
