NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Grill Cook in Worcester, MA. The role focuses on preparing grilled foods for breakfast and lunch, with catering support as needed. You will work under the Chef Manager or Chef and contribute to daily food prep and service.

The position is part-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 2 pm, offering a competitive hourly rate and weekly direct deposit pay. Prior food-service and customer-facing experience are valued, along with dependability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Previous customer service experience in food service is preferred.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Cook breakfast and lunch items to order.
• Prepare grill station and stock items for service.
• Serve food to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist culinary staff at various stations as needed.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Operate and sanitize grill area and related equipment.
• Interact with Chef Manager and follow guidance for catering orders.
