Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Grill Cook in Charlestown, MA, to work Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:30 pm. The role involves preparing breakfast and lunch, grilling items to order, and assisting the Chef Manager with daily meal prep and catering orders.

You will stock the grill station, maintain safety and cleanliness, deliver friendly customer service, and support culinary staff across stations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in similar position.
• Customer service experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Cook (to order) breakfast and lunch items per customer request.
• Stock grill station and prepare items for service.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist Chef Manager with catering orders and other food prep tasks.

Responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and/or catering meals. Assists the Chef Manager or Chef with daily tasks and preparation of meals.
