Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Charlestown, MA seeks a Grill Cook to prepare all types of grilled foods and to assist with breakfast, lunch and catering orders. You will work under the Chef Manager, operate the grill, stock the station, and ensure timely service with friendly, attentive customer interactions.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $21–$23 with weekly direct deposit, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) and growth opportunities within a supportive hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Previous customer service experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Cook (to order) breakfast and lunch items per customer request
• Responsible for preparation of grill station according to company guidelines
• Stock grill station with all items necessary for service
• Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner
• Assist in supporting culinary staff at numerous stations as directed
• Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers
• In addition, the Grill Cook operates and sanitizes all Customer Service equipment in a safe and proper manner
• The Grill Cook works with and takes direction from the Chef Manager
