Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner for full-time, Monday–Friday with possible weekends. Shift is 7:00am–3:30pm. Hourly pay is $15.50, plus a hiring bonus.

You will train in our green-cleaning practices and support a clean, safe facility across the Midwest and beyond. Responsibilities include surface cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting repairs. Benefits include medical, dental/vision, paid vacation, and 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some Janitorial experience preferred (we train you in best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check
• Comply with safety guidelines
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE per OSHA requirements
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M's cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment
• Be the friendly face of 4M with reliability and courtesy
• Wipe down surfaces (countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, furniture)
• Remove trash
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum
• Observe and report repairs, leaks, and drips
