Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner to join our Kentucky janitorial team. You will train in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies, helping keep surfaces clean and the facility well-maintained.

This role requires being 18+ with some janitorial experience (training provided) and a commitment to safety. You’ll work Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun from 11:30am–7:30pm, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks, and drips observed around the facility.
