Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner to support janitorial services at client sites in Minnesota. You will be trained in green-cleaning practices and act as the friendly, dependable face of the team.

Expect part-time hours on Mondays and Thursdays with pay of $20 per hour. Duties include cleaning, restocking supplies, removing trash, and reporting repairs or safety concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided by 4M.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Compliance with safety guidelines (OSHA) and company PPE rules.
• Reliable transportation to worksites.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and disinfecting tasks using company-approved supplies and equipment.
• Wipe down surfaces, counters, fixtures, glass, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper; remove trash.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Identify and report needed repairs, leaks, or safety concerns.
