Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner for janitorial services in Michigan. Pay is $15/hour with full-time status and a Mon-Fri schedule from 2:30pm to 11pm. You’ll be trained in green-sealed practices and become a valued member of a reliable, respectful team.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. Opportunities for growth exist within a supportive company culture and benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Some janitorial experience required (training provided).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE per OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M—reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
