Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for janitorial services. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00PM-11:00PM and Tuesday/Thursday 5:30PM-8:30PM. Pay is $24.00 per hour.

You’ll be trained to perform state-of-the-art cleaning using green-sealed supplies; you’ll be a friendly, reliable face for the team. Responsibilities include wiping surfaces, replenishing towels and restroom supplies, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and reporting needed repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required (training provided).
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
