Responsibilities
  • Provides SMART customer service by executing Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
  • Responds promptly to customer and employee questions, guiding them through store areas and projects.
  • Communicates product information, including stock, special orders, features, and warranties.
  • Cross-trains in other store areas to enhance customer service.
  • Manages calls and schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Works with the PRO team to meet service expectations for Pro Fulfillment.
  • Picks, stages, and verifies delivery, pro, installation, and pickup orders.
  • Ensures fulfillment areas are stocked and organized, and orders are prepared timely.
  • Maintains safety and cleanliness standards, including operating store equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
