The Recovery Supervisor provides support for the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) and is responsible for all activities related to the scope of work within established operating procedures. This position ensures all duties are completed by delegating work to subordinates based on their knowledge and skill ability. The Recovery Supervisor works closely with superiors to ensure compliance, productivity, and quality goals are met for the department. Experience with Medicare (MSP) is required.
The Recovery Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of the correspondence processing departments based on a 1:18 ratio. Responsibilities include ensuring work is completed accurately and according to standards, managing personnel, approving timesheets, and handling disciplinary actions. The position is fully remote.

Manage a team of correspondence processing personnel, ensuring compliance, quality, and productivity standards. Support staff, handle escalated inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and report operational concerns. Review quality and audit findings, ensure timely completion of work, and perform administrative duties such as training, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and staff meetings. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and participate in operational improvements.
Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of related experience; experience in Medicare recovery environment required.
Primarily office work; sitting, handling, speaking, hearing, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
Estimated pay range: $45K - $49K, with comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), paid time off, and training opportunities.
