Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor/Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Front End leadership team in Deptford location. You will supervise store operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional service while aligning with our core values.

You should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price retail, be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environments.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues/concerns and supervise front-end operations to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drives Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitors schedule adherence.
