Key duties include supervising front-end functions, ensuring safety, and coordinating scheduling while delivering friendly, professional customer service and maintaining Burlington’s values and culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to train, coach and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of staff.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines while serving customers.
