Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year of medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide visit information.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance, translation firms and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, handle payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
