Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage mail and the business center operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean lobby and front desk area.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to support residents.
• Direct emergencies to appropriate personnel and log incidents.
• Maintain visitor sign-in/out and guest room reservations.
