ImageCare Radiology in Morristown, NJ is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Associate to greet patients, collect paperwork, and support check-in processes.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, reliable work habits, and excellent communication. Prior medical field experience is highly preferred and contributes to a smooth patient experience at our outpatient imaging centers.

ImageCare Radiology
is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Associate in our Morristown office. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with alternating Saturdays.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Front Desk Associates will act as the representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments. The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.
