Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. in Minnesota is hiring Forklift Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to safely receive, store, and ship food products using sit-down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach machines, and pallet jacks.

You will meet production standards, maintain a clean workplace, and comply with OSHA safety rules while adapting to cold temperatures and long shifts. A high school diploma or GED and 3 months of related work experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as assigned and to maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using forklifts.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, and check freight for damage and accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely per OSHA standards (various forklift types and RF scanners).
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes as needed.
