Job summary

Schwan's in Fullerton, CA is seeking a motivated candidate for a full-time second-shift production role in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to rotating schedules is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and note waste; take corrective action as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient or equipment problems.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, state/federal regulations and GMP/safety policies.
