Schwan's Company in Fullerton, CA is hiring for a full-time food manufacturing role. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, on 1st shift, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves unpacking materials, preparing ingredients, and ensuring product quality from raw materials to finished goods while adhering to GMP and safety standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed; fix or discard as necessary.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company GMPs and safety regulations.
