Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in South Metro Denver, Colorado is seeking a full-time Server for Lyric at RidgeGate to deliver high-quality hospitality in the resort restaurant and bar. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and includes a focus on guest engagement, accurate order processing, and teamwork across the dining team.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 months of server experience, and hold a Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
One to three months’ related server experience preferred.
Must meet the state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol.
Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS® Certification (Training for Intervention Procedures).
Ability to understand and implement BSRG dining standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent hospitality by knowing the restaurant and dining area.
Write orders; relay food orders to the kitchen and beverage orders to the bartender.
Serve food and beverages and clear tables following service etiquette.
Connect with guests at assigned tables to ensure all needs are met and service is excellent.
Work as a team under supervision.
Notice and report potential safety issues or customer concerns.
