Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is seeking a Floating Teaching Assistant/Aide to join the Thrive to Five team in Landisville and/or Ephrata, PA. This full-time, non-exempt role supports educational services, health and safety, and family engagement for all children.

The position requires flexibility, travel, and the ability to adapt to varying classroom placements and schedules. Aide or Assistant qualifications apply, with progress toward professional development within the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for Aide; for Assistant, GED plus 2500 hours with children or 30 college credits or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience with children in educational settings preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and health standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing Creative Curriculum and Thrive to Five routines.
• Follow classroom schedules, routines, and lesson plans with fidelity.
• Promote cognitive development and healthy learning dispositions in all children.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and proper supervision at all times.
• Engage families and support professional development as needed.
