Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students living in the home.

Flex Houseparents manage daily routines, activities, devotions, and Sunday Chapel, while overseeing budgeting and household reporting. This two-person role requires a strong commitment to student success and eligibility for both spouses after two years

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
