Job summary

AUDI OF NASHVILLE is seeking a proactive BDC Associate Fixed Ops to schedule and generate service appointments. You will respond to inquiries promptly, coordinate with service, parts, and sales, and use lead-management tools to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reporting tools that allow us to see upcoming service and bulletin information for BMW clients in our market.
• Contact clients to assist with scheduling for maintenance, recalls, or repairs.
• Respond to phone and internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Work interdepartmentally with service, parts, and sales to ensure quality customer service for all clients.
• Generate service appointments and conduct appropriate follow up for “no-shows.”
• Act as a service concierge for all clients when they arrive and while they wait for their repairs to be completed.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools and software, including CDK, X-Time, and DealerLogix.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
