Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking full-time firefighters in Indiana to join our security team. The role combines fire suppression, emergency medical response, hazards containment, and standard security duties at client sites.

With a pay rate of $18.11/hour, about $60,270 per year on the Kelly Schedule, we offer weekly pay, growth opportunities, health, dental, vision, and more. Candidates must have NFPA Firefighter I & II, HazMat awareness, and EMT/EMR eligibility, plus pass

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NFPA Firefighter I and II certifications required.
• Hazardous Materials Awareness and Operations Level certifications required.
• EMT/EMR certification required or eligible to obtain in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency scenes including fire, medical, bomb threats, and other incidents.
• Arrives on scene, performs scene size-up, relays information to dispatch and supervisor.
• Performs rescue procedures including extrication and high/low-angle rescues.
• Performs fire suppression using apparatus, hydrants, and extinguishers.
• Responds to hazardous materials emergencies and provides spill containment.
• Responds to medical emergencies and stabilizes patients for transport.
• Relays patient care information to medical personnel.
• Administers treatment following protocols at scene or in vehicle.
• Performs triage during mass casualty incidents.
• Provides standard security duties at sites and logs activities.
